My name is Nancy Herring. My husband, Daniel Cordero, and I are the owners of The Tamale Fiesta.
We’re a proud family-owned business that values integrity and community. Using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored recipes passed down through generations, we craft tamales that are packed with authentic flavor. We’re not just about great food—we’re passionate about giving back to our community and ensuring that every customer feels like family.
Our 1, 6, and 8-year-old children are already an integral part of our family business, contributing in their own unique ways. Whether it’s assisting with small tasks, learning the ropes, or simply absorbing the values that drive what we do, they’re growing up with a deep sense of involvement and responsibility. It’s beautiful to watch them take pride in the work and traditions that have shaped our family. Our goal is to one day open a brick-and-mortar location.
